Refund Policy

商品具有時效性且是爲喜愛TF BOYS/時代少年團/登陸計劃/TF家族的粉絲特別定作,商品所有信息已充分展示,下單時不存在認知和判斷受到約束的情形。訂單下單後48小時內通過郵件：LL@tfent.cn 聯系我司進行提交退款申請，可辦理退款。（*訂單下單超過48小時後申請退款，將不再進行退款。）因個人原因提交退款申請，退款將扣除HK$3元手續費。
商品發貨後因個人原因退回，需用戶自行承擔物流退回運費以及補發費用。
因個人原因導致下單地址錯誤或更改，需退運費情況。平臺將產生手續費HK$3元，退款時將進行扣除。

The products are time-sensitive and are specially made for fans of the Love TF BOYS/ TEENS IN TIMES / TRANSFORM PROJECT / TF Family, all information on the products has been fully displayed, and there is no restriction on awareness and judgement when placing an order. Within 48 hours of placing an order, contact us at LL@tfent.cn to submit a refund request, and a refund will be issued. (*Refunds will not be issued for orders placed more than 48 hours after the order has been placed.) Refunds will be issued minus a HK$3 handling fee if the refund request is submitted for personal reasons.
If an item is returned for personal reasons after shipment, the user will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the cost of reissuing the item.
If the order address is incorrect or changed due to personal reasons, the shipping fee will be refunded. The platform will incur a handling fee of HK$3, which will be deducted during the refund process.
